NSG Team Complete UK2Ukraine Challenge April 25th 2022 < back to all news A massive thank you to our staff, contractors, suppliers and all those that supported our UK2Ukraine challenge. We are delighted to announce that the NSG team smashed the 3,460-mile target (the distance from our head office in Chorley to Kyiv and back), racking up a total of 4,209 miles during the duration of the challenge. This was achieved through a combination of walking, running, cycling, rowing, swimming and skiing. Special thanks to FitBox in Chorley and The Gym in Basingstoke for loaning us an exercise bike each and Lifestyle Fitness in Newbury for offering free gym passes during the challenge. The £3,460 fundraising target was also smashed, with an amazing total of £5,559.38 being donated to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. This total includes our commitment to match every penny raised by our staff and contractors. The funds raised will provide food, water, shelter and medical assistance to those directly affected by the crisis. < back to all news
