NSG is committed to providing the highest possible standard of service to our clients. To ensure that this achieved, we operate a documented management system which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001. Our procedures are constantly reviewed and evaluated both internally and by external auditors so that we are able to continuously improve our quality system.
All senior managers audit one project every quarter in order to identify any shortfalls or trends that could possibly weaken our performance. We have a programme of zero tolerance where ‘right first time’ is promoted and challenges are made internally if a document is not of the highest standard.
