NSG was the first business in North and Western Lancashire to achieve Investors in People status in 2003 after demonstrating a first class approach to investing in our people.  This standard has since set a formal precedent for our employees’ development.

We recognise that as the business grows we will encounter challenges and we focus on ensuring that we have a committed senior management team, succession plans are in place and that we maintain our core values despite the influx of new people from diverse backgrounds.
